Fraser Bryden began his career as a TV sports journalist with IMG before moving into recruitment and executive search, first in technology and later across sports, gaming, and entertainment. He launched, scaled, and exited a London-based search firm, then held senior roles at leading global search businesses before founding Kinetic Search in 2024.

Frustrated by an industry that often values winning business over delivering a quality service, Fraser built Kinetic Search to do things a little differently, working to strict timelines, taking on only what can be delivered to the highest standard, and focusing on long-term client partnerships. 

With two decades of experience in search, he now places executives and leaders across the global sports and entertainment, gaming, and technology sectors.
